Integrative bodywork is a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of the body, which uses a combination of modalities and techniques, including but not limited to myofascial release (MFR), trigger point release, stretching and subtle energy techniques to facilitate your bodies own natural ability to heal, restore range of motion, function and decrease pain. This is a great compliment to chiropractic care and physical therapy.
40- ,60- and 90-minute sessions available.
What to Expect
For integrative bodywork, most people are comfortable in a shorts/underwear and a tank top/bra.
No lotion is used and skin-on-skin contact is best approach to feel into the restrictions and allow the body to release.
