Deep Tissue Massage

Highly effective method for releasing severe tension and chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions and past lingering injuries. Deep tissue massage is a firm technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion, decrease trigger points, pain and heal injuries. Note occasional soreness can occur after treatment, it is recommended to drink plenty of water after the session to aid in removal of toxins.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage, or Therapeutic Touch, is a light massage technique that helps realign your body's natural energy flows, promotes relaxation, reduce stress and pain. It involves firm, gentle pressure on the muscles in a series of long, gliding strokes that can be stimulating or soothing. This treatment helps increase circulation and calms the body to help you relax and de-stress.

Integrative Bodywork

Integrative bodywork is a holistic approach that recognizes the interconnectedness of the body, which uses a combination of modalities and techniques, including but not limited to myofascial release (MFR), trigger point release, stretching and subtle energy techniques to facilitate your body's own natural ability to heal, restore range of motion, function and decrease pain. It is a great compliment to chiropractic care and physical therapy.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release, also referred to as MFR, uses specific techniques to release the connective tissue known as fascia, that intersects and surrounds every muscle, bone, organ and vessel in our body. Using a combination of gentle sustained pressure, stretching, rebounding, and unwinding, it facilitates your body's ability to heal properly from injuries and can restore range of motion, function and decrease pain.

Pediatric Myofascial Release

This treatment may be used to evaluate and treat head injuries, cerebral palsy, birth trauma, scoliosis, movement dysfunction, neurological dysfunction, trauma, pain, and headaches. Myofascial Release (MFR) is performed manually and directly on skin to best detect any fascial restrictions and focus treatment where needed.
